Due to icy road conditions in parts of the district, Coos Bay Public Schools is delaying the start of school by two hours at all campuses Wednesday, February 15.
With extreme cold and ice on roadways, Superintendent Charis McGaughy made the decision to delay school to ensure all students and staff could get to school safely.
All buses will run two hours late and schools will open on a shortened schedule with the delay.
